Merillat® is partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley to build their 100th house! With a small space at hand, designers are continuing the Merillat tradition of a fun and functional kitchen. The 100th House, appropriately named The Merillat House, is just another example of Merillat and Habitat for Humanity’s efforts around affordable housing and focus on neighborhood revitalization.

The renovation will include Merillat cabinets along with DeNova countertops to fit perfectly together in both the kitchen and bathroom. With so many choices for cabinetry and countertops regarding style and color, we let the family choose the cabinetry and countertops that best fit them!

While the family chose the Somerton Hill Arch Cherry Wood door in Paprika with Ebony glaze finish, designers added a handful of great features and smart storage solutions to make the kitchen work just right. The deep tray base storage drawers are being installed to accommodate large pots with ease – maximizing the small space to allow the right amount of storage. Other features to be included in the Merillat House are the base cutlery tray and an up to date trash and recycling center to allow for easy ‘green’ clean-up.
